Effective governance and management

I am committed to providing a consultancy service that offers opportunities for governing authorities and management to achieve their vision, particularly in improving the quality and standards of education and care they provide within the vision and underpinning ethos of each school.

Effective governance and management are fundamental elements of any approach to achieving organizational change and on-going improvement in the quality of education and care.

Building the capacity of each school requires a comprehensive approach to overall school improvement and organizational change.

My key role will be to assist school leaders (governing authorities and management) to face new challenges, seek new solutions and generate new insights.

Education institutions operate in a highly regulated environment. I can assist leaders to comply with these requirements and also advise on various approaches to planning and implementing change to ensure it is consistent with the strategic directions determined by the school community
